How to read this
- Only councillors with a published public page appear here.
- Figures depend on ward size, how many residents report issues, and the time of the reporting period — a higher number is not automatically "better".
- "First reply" is the average time to the councillor's first public update on a report. "Resolution rate" is the share of their reports marked resolved.
- None of these figures expose resident identities or report contents.
